In honor of all those who perished at Pearl Harbor we will have a moment of silence.  And then we will discuss one of the most amazing and influential presidents our country has had, Franklin D. Roosevelt.  What was his most important policy?  Many say it was the repeal of Prohibition. But we will discuss his presidency during the Pearl Harbor attack, his family life and what made him "a common man."

Roosevelt's favorite food grilled cheese sandwiches, scrambled eggs and hot dogs.  Did you know he served the King and Queen of England hot dogs on their visit?  His favorite cocktail?  Martinis that he concocted with a variety of ingredients.  Maybe a little fruit cake to wash it down.

Join us for Tavern Night where you will enjoy a favorite cocktail and special snack.   Social time begins at 5:00, presentation begins at 5:30, and end the evening making new friends.  We ask for a minimum donation of $10 per adult over 21 to cover our costs.  All are welcome!
